Ensil International Corp. provides a limited warranty on repair work performed for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days on labor and ninety (90) days on parts from the time of shipping of the products to the customer. This limited warranty is non-transferable, and does not cover software or firmware embedded in circuit boards or damages resulting from shipping or packaging, Electro Static Discharge, Lightning, abuse, installation or tampering by unauthorized persons. Ensil International Corp. limited warranty covers only the work performed on the original defect. Ensil International Corp. obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair and service by Ensil International Corp. that proves to be defective, Which in no event shall exceed the amount customer paid to Ensil International Corp. for the services. Ensil International Corp. reserve the right to inspect the product for which warranty claim are made. Ensil International Corp. makes no other warranties or promises, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement , merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any express or implied warranties or contract terms or amendments arising out of course of performance, course dealing or usage of trade. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ensil International Corp. be liable for any indirect, special incidental or consequential damages arising from repair work performed by Ensil International Corp. Regardless of where the customer is located, at Ensil International Corp's discretion, repair work may be performed at any location in Canada or United State of America.
